Welsh racing driver Ella Lloyd competes for Rodin Motorsport, with support of McLaren, in the F1 Academy and the F4 British Championship.

The 19 year old started her karting career at the FIA’s Girls on Track Karting Challenge in 2018 and in 2024 made her debut in the Formula Winter series. Lloyd joined the F1 Academy in 2025 as part of McLaren’s Driver Development Programme and took part in the Formula E women’s test in November 2024. In April 2025 she secured her first F1 Academy win at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit in Saudi Arabia and is currently sixth in the standings.
